Questions

Straight answers,including the awkward ones.

Including whether any of this is live yet. It is not, and the answer below says so plainly rather than burying it.

01

If you are shopping

How discovery, claiming and redemption actually work.

  • When you claim a deal, the app gives you a unique code and a QR code of your own. Nothing is final until the shopkeeper scans that QR or types the code in their own app — that is the moment your redemption is confirmed. It is also the moment that unlocks your right to leave a review, or open a dispute if something went wrong.

02

If you run a shop

Cost, staff, integrations and multi-outlet operation.

  • Nothing to start. Creating a merchant profile auto-assigns a Free plan — no card, no sales call. As your shop grows, you move up to a paid plan for more listing capacity, testing, and reach. There is no commission on redemptions, ever.

03

If you spot deals

Posting, recognition and how moderation works.

  • Because being the person who knows the neighbourhood is worth something. Posts earn you position on the Top Contributors leaderboard, and when a post proves itself an operator can convert it into an official merchant deal — you are notified, and the post keeps a badge saying it became one.

04

If you want to advertise

What it measures, who qualifies, and why it is not on sale yet.

  • Not yet, deliberately. Sponsored placement launches only once the feed has earned enough trust to carry it — that is a bar we set for ourselves, not a fixed date. Register interest and we will come to you when the inventory is real.

05

If you are evaluating this as an investment

Data room access, city selection, and the risk the model depends on.

  • Not published on this site — that happens in a direct conversation, not a download. The contact form has an "I want to invest" option that reaches a person, not a queue, the same as every other route in.

Nothing in this section is an offer or invitation to subscribe for or purchase securities of NearMeDeals Services Private Limited, or an invitation to invest. Market figures are our own estimates, not third-party data, and statements about future plans are not commitments.

06

About the platform

Launch status, where we open first, data and AI.

  • Everything is built and working — every part of the app, for shoppers, businesses and our own team. What is left is practical groundwork: getting real payments switched on, finishing our security checks, and making sure our first neighbourhoods are genuinely ready. We would rather say that plainly than pretend we are further along than we are.
